Prepared,
not aggressive.

People who do well in negotiations are rarely the pushiest in the room. They're the ones who knew their numbers, understood the other side's position, and had already said the difficult sentence out loud once.

The programs

Four programs, rehearsed before you go in

Every session works on a negotiation you're actually facing, not an exercise about used cars.

How it works

Rehearse it, then debrief it

The first time you say a number out loud should not be in the room with the person who decides.

Free intro call

Twenty minutes on the negotiation in front of you and what worries you about it.

Prepare in writing

Interests, range, alternatives and walk-away, on one page.

Rehearse out loud

Including the pushback you're dreading, more than once.

Debrief afterwards

Within 48 hours: what happened, what worked, what to change next time.

How we work

Coaching, not legal or financial advice

Veyylora coaches the conversation: preparation, framing, delivery and nerve. We're not lawyers and not financial advisers, and we don't review contracts as legal work — for terms, obligations and anything with legal consequence, use an attorney.

We also won't make the decision for you. Whether to accept an offer, walk away or hold a price is yours; our job is to make sure you go in prepared and come out knowing what happened.

Frequently asked

The questions we get most

Do I have to be aggressive?

No, and aggression usually costs money. Preparation, clear numbers and comfortable silence do far more work than pressure.

They asked my salary expectations first.

A specific situation with good answers depending on your state's laws and your position. We rehearse it, because improvising costs people thousands.

Can you review my contract?

Not as legal advice. We'll help you think about what to ask for and how to raise it; the terms themselves need an attorney.

What if they say no?

Often the real conversation starts there — what would need to change, by when, and what's negotiable besides money. That's a whole section of the salary program.

I freeze up in these conversations.

Rehearsal is the fix. Saying the number out loud a dozen times to a coach makes the real moment far less charged.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contract, no minimum term. Access stays open until the end of the month you already paid for.

Got a conversation coming up?

Twenty minutes on the situation, your numbers and your first ask. Free.
